To all valued racers,
The following Seventy-five go-fast tips is offer through our Woodlawn Sailing Clubs web page in a association with David Dellenbaugh's newsletter of how-to tips for racing sailors. The Newsletter titled "SPEED & SMARTS" is a bi-monthly, six time per year subscription that I highly recommend any racer of any kind of sailboat and even Radio Control boats can benefit from. Every issue is filled with all kinds of information to help inform skippers of many topics , such as tuning for certain conditions, racing rules explanations, and even boat maintenance. This particular issue (#75) is specifically titled "Seventy-five Go-fast tips" that I found to be most interesting because over 50% of his items listed can be directly tied into Radio Control racing. This further shows the fact and how similar Big Boat and R/C Boat racing actually is. Please enjoy your reading and consider a subscription for yourself, as this is the only pure in the mail publication you will ever hear myself endorse and encourage. Completely advertisement free and strictly about racing. Everyone can benefit from it's content. Check out his website at www.SpeedandSmart.com for more details on past issues and topics.
What I plan to do here for the next Eight(8) months is post, Dave's 75 Go-fast tips. Approximately every 1st of each month we will post a new topic with Dave's tips for that topic. I will then highlight in a specific color any item # that can be directly related to Radio Control racing and give any opinion of my own for that #. As listed below you will see our schedule for the following seven months. This will take us all the way to the Victoria Nationals in October, where one can really see and apply what you've might of read and learned.

Thanks you for checking out our web page for the club and please contact us for any suggestions or idea that you may like to see. And I want to Thank David Dellenbaugh , who has always come through for me by helping me pass along his publications at many of my past seminars and meeting. He has never refused any of my request and in turn I would really like to open up the Radio Control racing community as a possible new market for him to subscribe to.
Thank You and Good Winds......Ray Seta
