Pirate Cam

The Pirate Cam has been officially deactivated till October 2008...We hope you enjoyed our coverage of the 2007 Region 5 Championship Victoria Regatta and the Alamo Classic Victoria Regatta.   The incredible success of the Pirate Cam has already got us planning a bigger and better system for next year which will include multiple cams, recorded video, and sound!  Stay tuned as the 2008 National Championship Victoria Regatta will be here in no time at all.

The Pirates of Woodlawn Unveil Their New Promotional Super Weapons!!!!!!
Thanks to J.O. and the Folks at Time Warner Cable, web updates for the 2007 Region 5 Championship Victoria Regatta were posted wirelessly from the lake along with real time video from our Personal Operated Video (POV) Camera which was controlled by you, the spectator at home!

Quote from AMYA President Pete Maxson at the 2nd Annual Alamo Classic Victoria Regatta: "First time I've been in Texas and it is nice!  I'm very very impressed and this venue is unbelievable!  If we could take a picture of this and put it in the dictionary of what a venue should look like, this is it."
