Where: Woodlawn Sailing Club. Just minutes NW of Downtown San Antonio off Woodlawn Ave, just off IH-10
 
Entry Fee: US $ 25.00 with your completed entry form.

·        Please make check payable to "Woodlawn Sailing Club”.

Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places (more if entries permit).

Pre-Registration: Please this is a must, in order to assure no Radio Channel conflict early on, this really help speeds things up on Saturday morning. Also allows us to have adequate amount of food/drinks/t-shirts.

Rules: Races are governed by the current International Sailing Federation (ISAF) Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) as modified by Appendix E, the prescriptions of US Sailing when they apply, and the rules of the IOM Class.

Heat Management System will be used if there are more than 18 competitors

No frequency conflicts will be allowed.  Frequencies will be assigned based on registration information on a first come, first serve basis.  Confirmation of the selected frequency will be made by e-mail or phone after registration is received.  (Be prepared to change frequency assignment at lakeside.)

Eye protectors for the ends of TX antennas are required.

Food Service:  Continental Breakfast/Lunch provided to contestants on Saturday (Extra Meal tickets can be purchased at Regatta Site) Water/Sodas/Beer is available at the club house.  Contestants may bring other beverages. Local venders in park have snow cones and ice cream also.

Bring: 1. Entry Fee of $25 payable to "Woodlawn Sailing Club".  Sign registration form and liability release at registration.

2.       All available crystals.

3.       #1 and #2 rigs.  Bring #3 Rig if you have it.

Lodging:  Contact Ray Seta by e-mail or phone for arrangements and recommendations. The  La Quinta are just 10 minutes from the lake. A Motel 6 also 10 minutes from the lake, but downtown is also a nice place to stay near the downtown area for the family. We are a tourist town and Hotel fill up rather quick here, so plan early. Check with the other racers you know and find out where they stayed last year. We have made arrangements at the Best Western Posada Ana Medical Center as our Host Hotel for the upcoming Victoria Nationals. 

Basic Sailing Club Directions:  Go to the Club’s webpage (www.woodlawnsailingclub.org) for all maps to the lake and clubhouse or just put in 2501 W Ashby in any map search and it will show you.

Basic Regatta Requirements: Bring your family, we are a family oriented club with a great city park to be located in and a great city to share. Plenty of shade at our clubhouse with great viewing of races. Have fun!!!!
